What does the link count in the product title mean?
It is the number of links in the chain as sold. Check the length your bike needs in its owner's manual and match it to the link count on the product page.
What is the difference between O-ring and X-ring chains?
Both are sealed chains. The seal type is named in each product title. We do not rank one above the other for a specific bike, so check your manual or contact us before you order.
Can I return a chain?
Unused items can be returned within 14 days. A fitted chain is no longer unused, so check the pitch and link count before you order.
