Changing your mind
EU customers can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
Items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition.
Return shipping
You pay the return postage, unless the item is defective.
Refunds
We refund within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.
Defective or damaged items
Contact us as soon as possible. You are entitled to remedies under applicable consumer protection law.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, contact us. Exchanges depend on stock levels.
