Frequently asked questions about IRIS
Is IRIS gear genuine?
Each IRIS product page shows the product details we have for that item. For a specific product, ask via /contact/.
How do I pick the right IRIS size?
IRIS sizing varies between product lines. Measure the relevant body part (head circumference for helmets, chest for jerseys, foot length for boots) and compare it with the manufacturer's size chart.
Do you ship IRIS products outside Lithuania?
Yes — we ship across the EU. Tracked DPD delivery normally arrives in 5–15 business days. Shipping is free on orders over €299.
Can I return IRIS gear if it does not fit?
Yes. You have 14 days to return unused items in original condition, and refunds are made within 14 days of return. See /returns/.
Where do I find the warranty info for IRIS?
Warranty terms are listed on each IRIS product page. Most IRIS gear carries a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects. Send us the order number and a photo and we will handle the warranty claim with the supplier directly.
