Once your order ships, we email you a confirmation with your DPD tracking link — so you can follow your gear all the way to your door or pickup point.

Shipping & delivery

How tracking works

  • Tracking link by email

    As soon as your order has shipped, we send a shipping confirmation email with your DPD tracking link.

  • Active after dispatch

    Tracking goes live only once your parcel leaves us. While your order is still being prepared, the link may not work yet.

  • More than one parcel

    Larger orders can ship in several parcels, so you may receive more than one tracking link.

  • Can’t find the email?

    Check your spam or junk folder first — confirmation emails sometimes land there.
